Data Deletion Instructions / 数据删除说明

The AI Smart Lead Generation Platform (the "Platform", operated by Dongying Ruizhixin New Materials Co., Ltd., site: https://cgwd.wang) lets businesses connect their own Facebook / Meta assets (Pages, ad accounts, Lead Forms) after they grant permission. We only process the data that is necessary to provide the service.

1. What you can delete

Facebook access tokens and the link between your Facebook account and the Platform (`fb_user_id`, Page token, ad-account token)	Automatically, as soon as you remove the app in Facebook (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove this app), and immediately after a data-deletion request

2. How to request deletion

Send an email to guoxiufeng6868@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
Include the Facebook user ID (or the email address registered on the Platform) and the ad-account / Page ID you want to be removed.
We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation code by email.

No email? Use our automated endpoint instead.
Removing the app from your Facebook account automatically triggers our data-deletion callback, which revokes the Platform's access and returns a confirmation code — no manual request needed.

3. What is permanently deleted

All access tokens issued by your Facebook account (Page token, user token, ad-account token).
The platform account, its login credentials and its configuration.
Lead / conversation data that belongs to that account, unless a longer retention period is required by law (in which case it is stored in an isolated form and deleted afterwards).

Aggregated, non-identifiable statistics (e.g. total impressions) may remain, as they cannot be linked back to a person.

5. 中文说明（摘要）

您可以在 Facebook「设置与隐私 → 设置 → 应用和网站」中移除本应用，届时我们会立即撤销所有访问口令；也可发邮件到 guoxiufeng6868@gmail.com（主题：Data Deletion Request），注明 Facebook 用户 ID 与需要删除的广告账户 / 主页 ID。我们将在 3 个工作日内确认、30 天内完成删除并回复确认码。删除范围：全部访问口令、平台账号与配置、该账号下的线索与会话数据（法律另有要求的除外）。
